If your assessments deserve to be lower, the local
authorities WILL NOT contact you.
You must ACT.

Many homeowners assume that their real estate tax bills are correct and that whatever amount is billed to them by local authorities must be paid. Never make this assumption! It is every property owner’s LEGAL right to challenge the real estate tax bill they receive.

Your time is valuable – Let us do the work.

Do you know how to correctly gather data about your property? Can you tell if the information is inaccurate? Do you know how to properly research the property values of your neighbors' homes? Do you have the time to visit your local authorities in person? And do you know how to challenge your home’s valuation to the Value Adjustment Board?

Hitting deadlines. Preparing an overabundance of forms. Worrying if you are doing everything correctly. It can be extremely time-consuming and a waste of effort and money if you do not know the correct actions to take.

So how do you get started? First, review and submit the request form to us. For an initial processing fee, we will research information about your property and your current property tax as well as your current and past assessments. If, we determine that you are a good candidate and that an appeal is worthwhile, we will then continue the process. We will personally contact you and take the next step to lowering your 2009 assessment value and your property taxes.

After our initial research about your property is complete and the decision is made to continue in our assessment and tax abatement process, an agreement is signed which gives us authorization to proceed on your behalf. The initial processing fee of $119.00 fee covers the following services:

Preparation of petitions and performance of inspections as well as preparations of
value data for presentation to the Value Adjustment Board;
Filing of your Ad Valorem Tax Petition;
Handling of all correspondence with the Property Appraiser’s Office;
Consultation (if necessary) with county tax assessors about your personal situation;
Appearance before the Value Adjustment Board on your behalf;

If we are successful in lowering your assessment and your property taxes, the fee for our successful actions is equal to 30% of your total first-year tax savings. Many companies charge you up to $500.00 for the initial research and professional opinion, as well as an additional 40-50% of your total amount of tax savings. We only charge 30% of your total tax savings so that you keep the most of your money.

If you qualify, we are confident that, our actions and due diligence will result in a lowering of your assessment as well as your property taxes. However, in the case that this is not the result…..

No Assessment Reduction = No Fee.

While we charge an initial processing fee for each property we represent, you pay nothing more unless we are successful in obtaining a property assessment reduction, and therefore property tax reduction for you. If there is no reduction in the assessed value of your property, NO ADDITIONAL FEE will be charged to you.

Submit the request form, and let us do the rest.
