IMPORTANT DATES:


This is the date of your property assessment for the tax bills which
will go out in November 2009.


  This is the time which the Property Appraiser mails “Notices of Proposed Taxes”, also called TRIM notices, to all property owners. This notice includes the market and assessed value of the owner’s property for the current and prior year. The assessed value will be
the basis for the tax bill which will be received in November 2009.


This is the deadline for filing petitions to contest the proposed assessed value of the property in
Palm Beach County.

Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.


This is the date when the Revenue Collector mails the tax bills to property owners of record.
Taxes payment are due by March 1, 2010.
